Poetry
My childhood journals are littered with poems. When I was a senior in high school, I won a county-wide poetry contest, and was too embarrassed to read my entry aloud at the event that was scheduled to honor all the contest winners. Today, I think I would be proud to read my poetry aloud for others to hear. This is one way that I have grown in the last ten years of writing.
My published poems:
Gaius on Wilderness Interface Zone
Woinshet in Victorian Violet Press, Issue 8
Meadow Talk on Wilderness Interface Zone
While Digging Out the Garden on Wilderness Interface Zone
Lovers' Month on Wilderness Interface Zone
Gauis in Dialogue, a Journal of Mormon Thought, Spring 2011 issue.
Three Miles With Gandhi in Segullah Magazine, Fall 2011 issue.
All That Possessed Us
Leather Jacket
Gauis
Morning Low
Taxi
All included in the anthology Fire in the Pasture: 21st Century Mormon Poets.
